Light-O-Rama S5
The display started in 2017 using Light-O-Rama S4 editor suite and quickly grew to use S5. The software was easy to use and entry level for anyone looking to get started with Light-O-Rama Hardware.
Xlights 2020
As the display grew, I maxed out my license activity and was faced with a choice. Eventually I learned xLights and moved all of my LOR sequences to this new software suite to run the show. The current show plays with xlights, though most of the sequences used were built in LOR S4 & S5 and imported.
A Challenge for Students
Would you like to sequence your own song, but can’t afford the light and hardware? Are you a current or former student? You are welcome to design and sequence a song using xlights and my house data. When you are finished, send me an email or let me know in class and we can arrange a date to show off your work between Thanksgiving and New Years.

Getting Started
Once you have both the “House Layout” and Xlights software, un-package the zipped folder and launch the software. Use the un-packaged house layout folder as your directory and access all of the models provided.
